Great value and service
We first switched to Worldline when living in Toronto, then transferred the service with us to Barrie. We're moving again but unfortunately they're not available in our new, rural area. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for significant savings. While it's true that internet service may go out very occasionally, this happens only a few times in the whole year, which is a lot less frequently than we lose satellite TV service with Bell. If you want internet 99.9% of the time, pay the extra $80 - $100 per month with the big guys for your phone and internet. If 99.0% of the time is adequate for you (sure is for us), go with Worldline in a second, if it's available in your area.

Telephone service provider
I switched from Bell to Worldline hoping to get a better service. As a result, I got a worst service and no support. When I lose communications, I have to unplug the small black box from my modem and from power and wait over 30 min. and most of the time it still does not work. The only way I can reach them is via internet and they do not even respond to my e-mails. I live in the country and I need my phone, it could be a matter of life and death. If you need a telephone provider, stay away from WORLDLINE.
